When Amplifresh needed to increase early product activation and daily usage habits, we created a tailored 3-email onboarding sequence to guide users from signup to power-user status. The main challenge was driving behavior change — helping new users form a daily reply habit that felt natural and valuable. By reinforcing a simple “3 replies/day” rhythm, highlighting key features, and layering in smart behavior-based triggers, the flow helped users ramp up quickly.
